This is a great hat block set that you can use to create all those elegant, wide brim summer and winter hats – boater style hats, floppy brim hats, fedora hats and much more. When using the the oval crown block in size 22.5″ you will get a 11cm (4.3″) wide brim all the way round. This set consists of five pieces that you can mix and match.
You can use the tips of the crown together with the extension or just the tips the create beautiful percher style hats. The tips of the crown block can be used separately to create pillbox style hats. Use the flat top crown block to create boater style hats. The domed crown block can be used to create also fedora hats – block the chosen material as usual and then manually create the top valley and front ย dents.
