Shipping

All of your hat blocks are MADE TO ORDER. We will ship your purchased items within 2-3 weeks after receiving payment, but in busy periods (November, December, January) it can take up to 3-4 weeks. We will e-mail you when your hat blocks have been shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and quantity of items. Minimums shipping costs for a lightweight item will be 17-25EUR based on your shipping address. To see the shipping costs for your order please add the needed items to cart and then select the country for delivery.

If you are purchasing multiple items (especially is one of them is a hat block set), please contact us and in some cases we can manually calculate lower fees for combined shipping or offer lower fees for a slower delivery method.

Smaller size orders are shipped with Latvijas Pasts, e.g. Latvian national post. Most of the fascinator and pillbox hat blocks are shipped with regular mail.

• 5-10 business days around Europe;
• 2-4 weeks to USA, Canada;
• 4-7 weeks other countries.

We will provide a tracking number. You can track the parcel on Track-trace.com/post or later when the parcel has reached your country also on the website of your national mail carrier (usps.com, Royalmail.com etc.)

Heavier hat blocks and hat block sets are shipped via FedEx, DHL or DPD, delivery within 4-10 business days in Europe, 5-10 business days USA, 6-14 business days Canada and 10-15 business days other countries.

If you have chosen smaller, lightweight items and would like us to upgrade to EXPEDITED DELIVERY, please contact us – include links to the hat blocks that you would like to purchase as well as your address. We will then calculate the costs.

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. We make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. Any import charges is the responsibility of the customer.
