This is a great hat block set that you can use to create all those elegant boater style hats and much more. You can choose between two brim block sizes:
- SMALL brim block (BB13s) – when using the the oval crown block in size 22.5″ you will get a 6,5cm (2.5″) wide brim all the way round.
- MEDIUM brim block (BB13m) –Ā when using the the oval crown block in size 22.5″ you will get a 9cm (3.5″) wide brim all the way round.
You can use the tip of the crown together with the extension or just the tip the create beautiful percher style hats. The tip of the crown block can be used separately to create pillbox style hats.

The pictures show a sample item. Each item is hand made in the needed size, but there can be some variation in the natural color and grain of the wood.
