LILLIAN – Pillbox Hat Block with Optional Presser

This is a classical porkpie style pillbox hat block. The block in size S measures around 18,5cm (7.3″) in diameter on the outside and stands 8,5 cm (3.3″) tall. Please note that the inside diameter of this hat is smaller. For size M and L the blocks will be made proportionally larger. This hat block is available with or without a presser.

SIZES:

– S – inside circumference 54cm (21.3″)
– M – inside circumference 56cm (22″)
– L – inside circumference 58cm (22.8″)

Please keep in mind that this hat is worn at the back of the head, e.g. the required circumference will be smaller than for a full size hat.

The block comes with a hollowed bottom for ease of pinning. The hole in the bottom is 2,5cm (about 1″) in diameter, so it will fit on most hat block stands. The block has a lacquer finish to protect the wood.

This hat block will be perfect for making pillbox style hats from various materials.
