This is a lovey MINI hat block set that you can use to create stylish perching boater style hats and much more. Diameter of the brim block is 23cm (9″), diameter of crown block is 14cm (5.5″), height of crown block is 4,5cm (1.8″).

You can use just the crown block to create beautiful pillbox style hats. The crown block and brim block have a ROUND (not oval) outline.

This hat block set can be made with or without hat block stand. Please select this option at checkout.

MATERIALS

The crown block and brim block are made from lime. This is a local tree that is widely spread in Northern Europe. It is a soft material and easy to pin.

PRODUCTION TIME

This item will be MADE TO ORDER. Please see above tab “Shipping and delivery” for current production times.

HANDLING TIME

All of our hat blocks are made to order. Currently our production time is 3 weeks. During the busy season (December - January) the production time can be up to 4 weeks.

Once you place the order we will contact you and inform about the turnaround time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs for smaller size hat blocks (pillbox hat blocks) start at 15EUR - Europe, 20 EUR - USA, UK, Canada. Please understand that it is not possible for the web site to accurately calculate combined shipping costs for multiple items. We always manually re-calculate the shipping costs and issue a refund.

You can also contact us prior to purchase, we will manually calculate the shipping costs and inform you about the turnaround time as well as delivery methods and shipping costs.

IMPORT CHARGES

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. We make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. Any import charges is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are based in the EU and would like to place an order as a business (and have a valid VAT code), please contact us prior to placing the order.

REGULAR MAIL

We ship our orders with Latvijas Pasts, e.g. Latvian national post. Most of the fascinator and pillbox hat blocks are shipped with REGULAR MAIL.

4-10 business days around Europe;
2-3 weeks to USA, Canada;
3-6 weeks other countries.

We will provide a tracking number. You can track the parcel on Track-trace.com/post or later when the parcel has reached your country also on the website of your national mail carrier (usps.com, Royalmail.com etc.)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Heavier hat blocks and hat block sets are shipped via expedited delivery service (DHL, DPD or FedeEx), delivery time:

3-10 business days in Europe,
5-10 business days USA,
6-10 business days Canada
5-15 days other countries.
