MARGO – Headband Hat Block

This is a beautiful halo style headband hat block. This hat block has tall tips allowing you to create those ring style headbands with a bow at the back. Both the front side and the reverse side of the hat block is evenly curved, see picture with side view. The block is about 2cm (0,8″) thick at the top and 7cm (2.8″) wide at the base.

This is quite a slim shape. Please note that we have intentionally left a gap between the tips so that you can adjust the headband to your customer’s head size. The halo or ring style design is achieved by joining the tips with a bow or similar decor at the back of the head. The royal blue headband seen in the pictures was made on this hat block. We offer also hat blocks with shorter tips – KYLIE hat block,  ADELE hat block or ARIANA hat block or AMY hat block.

All of our hat blocks are covered with 2-3 layers of varnish for protection.

Please be extra careful when working with this hat block! Try to use only thin blocking pins, especially at the pointy ends of the hat block so that you do not damage your hat block.

The pictures show a sample item. Each item is hand made in the needed size, but there can be some variation in the natural color and grain of the wood.
