This cloche hat block set will be ideal for a milliner that has just started to create a collection of hat blocks as well as an experienced professional. Use these hat blocks to create beautiful felt or straw 1920’s style cloche hats.

Cloche hat block set 8S includes a hat block stand and 7 different pieces of hat blocks that can be combined together. Brim block style 6 can be combined with the crown block pieces from the cloche set.

The cloche is so versatile – you can combine 3 pieces together to make lovely 20s style cloche hats or use tips from this hat block set to create pillbox hats. Combine the domed tip and 6cm extension for freeform hat blocking. Also the elegant double brim block will gives you lots of possibilities. Use the different sides of the block, to create your unique style of cloche hats. Just flip the side and get a different brim for your hat. The hole in the bottom is 2,5cm (about 1 inch) in diameter.

You will love this set of hat blocks and you will be able to extend your hat block collection by adding different brims or tips at a later stage.

HEAD SIZE and SHAPE

This hat block set will be made in size 57cm.

This hat block set has a ROUND (not oval) outline.

MATERIALS

This hat block set is made from lime. This is a local tree that is widely spread in Northern Europe. It is a soft material and easy to pin.

Shipping & Delivery

HANDLING TIME

All of our hat blocks are made to order. Currently our production time is 4 weeks.

Once you place the order we will contact you and inform about the turnaround time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs for smaller size hat blocks (pillbox hat blocks) start at 15EUR - Europe, 20 EUR - USA, UK, Canada. Please understand that it is not possible for the web site to accurately calculate combined shipping costs for multiple items. We always manually re-calculate the shipping costs and issue a refund.

You can also contact us prior to purchase, we will manually calculate the shipping costs and inform you about the turnaround time as well as delivery methods and shipping costs.

IMPORT CHARGES

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. We make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. Any import charges is the responsibility of the customer.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you are based in the EU and would like to place an order as a business (and have a valid VAT code), please contact us prior to placing the order.

REGULAR MAIL

We ship our orders with Latvijas Pasts, e.g. Latvian national post. Most of the fascinator and pillbox hat blocks are shipped with REGULAR MAIL.

4-10 business days around Europe;
10-17 business days to USA, Canada;
3-6 weeks other countries.

We will provide a tracking number. You can track the parcel on Track-trace.com/post or later when the parcel has reached your country also on the website of your national mail carrier (usps.com, Royalmail.com etc.)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Heavier hat blocks and hat block sets are shipped via expedited delivery service (DHL, DPD or FedeEx), delivery time:

3-10 business days in Europe,
5-10 business days USA,
6-10 business days Canada
5-15 days other countries.

If you have chosen smaller, lightweight items and would like us to upgrade expedited delivery, please contact us using – include links to the hat blocks that you would like to purchase as well as your address. We will then calculate the costs for express shipping.
