This is a complete set of the 4 most popular hat making tools – brim cutter or rounding jack, puller downer, pusher downer, foot tolliker.

Brim cutter – this tool also called a rounding jack will let you cut an evenly wide flat brim of a blocked hat.

Puller downer – the crescent shaped tool that is used for pulling down the felt or other materials while blocking.

Pusher downer – the tall tool with a groove at the tip. This tool is used for pushing down the blocking cord while blocking.

Foot tolliker – used to flatten and evenly stretch out the felt on the flat surface (or brim block) as well as help you create a nice and sharp break line along the base of the crown block.

Brim cutter – this tool also called a rounding jack will let you cut an evenly wide flat brim of a blocked hat. Our own unique design that is easy to use and suitable for both right and left handed hat makers. Read more detailed here.

Puller downer – the crescent shaped tool that is used for pulling down the felt or other materials while blocking. Makes the blocking process much faster and easier.

Pusher downer – the tall tool with a groove at the tip. This tool is used for pushing down the blocking cord while blocking. Makes the blocking process much comfortable.

Foot tolliker – this tool has two functions. Firstly it helps you flatten and evenly stretch out the felt on the flat surface (or brim block). Secondly it will help you create a nice and sharp break line along the base of the crown block. The design of this tool is suitable for both right and left handed hat makers. Perfect, comfortable grip design for larger and smaller hands.

Shipping & Delivery

HANDLING TIME

All of our hat blocks are made to order. Currently our production time is 3 weeks. During the busy season (December - January) the production time can be up to 4 weeks.

Once you place the order we will contact you and inform about the turnaround time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs for smaller size hat blocks (pillbox hat blocks) start at 15EUR - Europe, 20 EUR - USA, UK, Canada. Please understand that it is not possible for the web site to accurately calculate combined shipping costs for multiple items. We always manually re-calculate the shipping costs and issue a refund.

You can also contact us prior to purchase, we will manually calculate the shipping costs and inform you about the turnaround time as well as delivery methods and shipping costs.

IMPORT CHARGES

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. We make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. Any import charges is the responsibility of the customer.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you are based in the EU and would like to place an order as a business (and have a valid VAT code), please contact us prior to placing the order.

REGULAR MAIL

We ship our orders with Latvijas Pasts, e.g. Latvian national post. Most of the fascinator and pillbox hat blocks are shipped with REGULAR MAIL.

4-10 business days around Europe;
2-3 weeks to USA, Canada;
3-6 weeks other countries.

We will provide a tracking number. You can track the parcel on Track-trace.com/post or later when the parcel has reached your country also on the website of your national mail carrier (usps.com, Royalmail.com etc.)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Heavier hat blocks and hat block sets are shipped via expedited delivery service (DHL, DPD or FedeEx), delivery time:

3-10 business days in Europe,
5-10 business days USA,
6-10 business days Canada
5-15 days other countries.

If you have chosen smaller, lightweight items and would like us to upgrade expedited delivery, please contact us using – include links to the hat blocks that you would like to purchase as well as your address. We will then calculate the costs for express shipping.
